Operator and website terms

KYCTech is a product brand. It is not a company. The company behind it, and the party to any agreement, is Sentixx.Net P.S.A.

Draft, not reviewed by a lawyer. Last edited 1 August 2026. This page describes the current state accurately, but it has not been through external legal review.

2. KYCTech is a brand, not a separate legal entity

The same company operates KYCTech and Sentixx.Net's marketplace. We use a separate brand and domain because the two products speak to different audiences, not because they sit in different companies. Any contract, invoice, or data processing agreement that ever arises from KYCTech will name Sentixx.Net P.S.A. as the party.

We state this plainly because a brand that hides which company stands behind it is exactly what a compliance buyer should distrust.

3. What this website is, and what it is not

This website is a product overview. It is not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code, not an invitation to conclude a contract, and not a commitment to deliver any described capability on any date.

We are not onboarding external tenants. There is no signup, no order form, no self-service account, and no way to submit anyone's personal data through this site. Descriptions of the API surface describe intended design, and parts of it are still being built.

4. Using the website

5. Accuracy and liability

We keep this page factually honest and correct it when it drifts from what the product actually does. Even so, it is informational. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of what is written here. Nothing on this site is legal or compliance advice, and it does not discharge any obligation you may have under the DSA, the AI Act, the UK Online Safety Act, or any other regime.

6. Third-party names

Where we name a regulation, standard, or organisation, we do so descriptively. It does not mean that body has reviewed, approved, certified, or endorsed KYCTech. We hold no accreditation for age assurance and we do not claim one.

7. Governing law and changes

Polish law applies. Disputes go to the court with jurisdiction over our registered office, unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.

We may update this page. The date in the notice at the top is the last edit date.

8. Privacy

How this website handles personal data, which is very little, is described separately in the privacy notice.
