Privacy notice

This notice covers the kyctech.eu website. It does not cover the KYCTech engine as a service, because we do not run it for anyone else yet.

Draft, not reviewed by a lawyer or a DPO. Last edited 1 August 2026. It describes what the site actually does today, verified against the shipped configuration rather than written from a template.

1. Controller

Sentixx.Net P.S.A., ul. Władysława Reymonta 18, 22-600 Tomaszów Lubelski, Poland, KRS 0001246018, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: regtech@sentixx.net. Full registry details are on the legal page.

We have not appointed a data protection officer. If that changes, this section changes.

2. What this site collects

Server logs

Our reverse proxy records each request: IP address, timestamp, requested path, response code, user agent, and referrer. We use it to keep the site up and to spot abuse. Logs are kept for up to 30 days and then rotated out.

Email, if you write to us

The contact address on this site is an ordinary mailbox. If you write, we keep the message and your address for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick the thread back up.

Nothing else

3. Fonts loaded from Google

The home page loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, and your IP address is visible to Google in the process. The legal pages, including this one, load no external assets at all.

We are telling you because it happens, not because we are announcing a plan. This site has no customers and makes no commitments about what it will do next.

4. Why we are allowed to do this

We do not process special categories of data through this website. The engine is designed to process identity and age data, but it does not do so for anyone outside our own marketplace today.

5. Who else sees it

The site runs on a rented server hosted in the European Union, and the hosting provider acts as our processor. Email to the address on this site is handled by our mail provider, also as a processor. Beyond those two, and beyond the font request described above, nothing is shared. We do not sell data, and there is nothing here to sell.

The website itself is served from within the EU. Two flows can reach providers outside it: the Google Fonts request on the home page, and email, because our mail provider is a large international operator. We are not going to pretend otherwise in a notice whose whole point is that we tell you what actually happens.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where it applies, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to regtech@sentixx.net and we will answer within one month.

You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

One honest limitation: server logs are keyed to IP addresses, so for a bare log entry we usually cannot tell which requests were yours without you telling us. If you ask about them, we will need enough detail to find them.

7. Changes

When the site changes, this notice changes with it, in the same release. The date at the top is the last edit.
